Overnight, Saturday, and/or Expedited shipping is available for additional charge to most areas... however, you will need to call us for rates and delivery estimates.

International Shipping USPS – Priority Mail Transit Times are typically 2-3 weeks (Depending on Destination).

We cannot be responsible for any delays in customs.

We can ship to just about anywhere in the world.
However, we are not responsible for customs duties on shipments sent outside the U.S.
We can ship to APO/FPO/ APE addresses via USPS.

Additional Charges:
Due to the size of most designer Hats and International Rate Surcharges,an additional $30 may be charged to ship Hats with suits.

We are a Retail Only Site. We do not sell Wholesale. We do offer group purchases at a discount if items are purchased in quantities.

Order Processing:
In-Stock orders will typically be shipped within one business day of order processing.
If we can ship it out the same day, we will.
Out of Stock orders will typically take less than 5 days for us to acquire the item from the Manufacturer.
In the event that an item is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Damages:
Shipping damages must be claimed within 15 days from delivery date of merchandise.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags attached in the original condition.


Retail Customers -
Returns / Exchanges subject to 30% Restock Charge.
We inspect all items for defects before shipping, and do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size. Please check the size charts to be sure of your size before ordering.

We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.
All returns or exchanges will be charged a 30% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned.

We do not issue direct refunds - if an item is returned for any reason - a store credit, less restocking fees, will be issued. Store Credits must be used within 60 days.

Please contact Nadias Collection by phone 732-688-9225 within 48 hours of receipt of item before attempting to return an item.

In the event that we authorize a return, Nadias Collection will issue an RMA # which must be placed on the outside of any returned item packaging.

Items returned without contacting Nadias Collection within 48 hours of receipt, without an RMA #, or returned after 15 days from delivery date will NOT qualify for any refund.

Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust-sleeve and packaging - and must be in new, un-worn condition.

Items returned that smell of perfume, smoke, etc will NOT qualify for any refund.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.

If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts and so on, we can re-ship the item to you for an additional shipping charge.

You MUST INCLUDE this form with any return for any reason.


If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 30% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.

Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.


All Order Cancellations made after 24 hours from the time you placed your order are subject to a $20 Per Item Cancellation Charge. The remainder will be refunded promptly
